Updated 6/28/24: Weather has delayed the completion of this project until later this summer.
The week of April 22, a consultant and contractor for the City will start a project to restore 57 gravestones at Warrensville West Cemetery. In addition, the City's grounds department will be working on restoring sections of the cemetery to native meadowland. These projects are part of the ongoing preservation work being done at the Warrensville West Cemetery as recommended in the Warrensville West Cemetery Historic Preservation Master Plan. Work is anticipated to continue through late July.
