🚧 What’s Happening on Lee RoadImplementing the Lee Road Action Plan is underway! Thanks to everyone who joined us recently for the last Lee Road Engineering Open House to see the final details of the "Complete Streets" public infrastructure improvements coming to Lee Road. Engineering is nearly complete for these improvements. The roadway will be reduced from four lanes to three (one lane in each direction with a center turn lane) through most of the City limits, making way for bike infrastructure and pedestrian improvements. North of Van Aken Blvd., in-road bike lanes will be added. South of Van Aken Blvd. in the commercial district, an off-road, sidewalk-level, two-way cycle track will be added on the west side of Lee Road, along with landscaping, lighting, and other streetscape additions. These improvements provide neighborhood amenities and seek to attract new private investment. Construction is expected to begin in mid-2026. Cuyahoga County will oversee the work.
