A Request from MOMCAThe Moreland On the Move Community Association (MOMCA), our community's first and longest-running neighborhood association, is changing leadership. We need people to serve on the MOMCA Transition Team! Founded in 1962 as the Moreland Community Association, MOMCA has had a central role over the years in championing community issues, securing grants for infrastructure, partnering with other community groups to help feed and otherwise support neighbors in need, serving as the people's liaison to the City, and a host of other functions. Serving on the MOMCA Transition Team is an excellent way to serve the Moreland neighborhood. It provides an opportunity to help reimagine the organization in its next chapter and how it will serve Moreland and be part of the larger Network. The MOMCA Transition Team will run an election to help the organization to pick its next leaders, among other work. If you are interested in serving, please complete the MOMCA Transition Team Member Volunteer Registration Form. There is more detailed information on the registration form.
