The boil water advisory has been lifted for all customers. Cleveland Water testing shows the water is safe to drink and use as normal.
Due to a major water main break, Cleveland Water has issued a boil advisory for parts of the city. Also, Van Aken Boulevard eastbound is closed from Southington to Onaway. Cleveland Water is now estimating that repairs to the broken water main under Van Aken Boulevard will take five to seven days to complete. Once the water main is repaired, the curb and roadway will need to be repaired, which may take another five to seven days.
