   • A Hot Work Safety Certificate is required prior to approval of a Hot Work Permit.  The course is available online from  the National Fire Protection Associate (NFPA).  Register for Hot Work Safe Practices Online Training (nfpa.org)
   • The City may request additional plans or details. 
   • Following submission of this application,  a hot work inspection is required to ensure the work site complies with required safety guidelines.
   • Review the permit requirements for Welding, Cutting, and Hot Work Permit and Torches,  Asphalt Kettles & Associated Propane Use
   • Payment is due with your permit application. Upon submission of this application, you will be redirected to an online payment button. The City accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
